Why you should invest in portable batteries

Portable batteries. Okay, what about them? Well, I believe they are an important tool for us and should be something we invest in. Our phones have become essential, and we can’t leave our houses without them. We use them to communicate with loved ones, as entertainment, to play games to pass the time, and they are even essential when it comes to work and running a business. Because we use our phones so much, the batteries can drain pretty fast, and any busy professional can tell you that is the last thing you want happening. That is why it is important to keep your phone well-charged and ready.

You might be thinking, well can’t I just charge my phone with a charger? There are tons of outlets out there these days. Well, you are right, you can do that, but one of the problems with that is you lose the option to move around as you are charging. When you use a charger on an outlet it is stationary, and you have to stay in the area. Also, hackers have found a way to replace the original public chargers and put in a hacking device so that when you plug your phone into those outlets, the hackers can hack into your device. A lot of these problems can be easily solved by just investing in portable chargers.

The biggest reason I like having a portable charger is that it acts as insurance. When you are out for a long period of time, you don’t have to worry about keeping your phone charged. If you are about to run out of battery, just reach into your bag and pull out your charger. Another reason is that it is super convenient. Since you will be on the go, once you plug in your charger you will still have to be moving around. Now you can keep it charging while you are moving around. You can also keep charging it while you are using the phone. These days some portable chargers will stick to the back of your phone through magnets. As you can tell, I love portable chargers, and I believe they are some of the best investments you can make. But what chargers should you get? I am going to give some of my recommendations.

  1. Anker portable charger, power bank
This is a 10,000 mah portable charger and it can charge your phone multiple times a day. It is your basic portable charger, and you can find this on Amazon for a great price! The benefit of this charger is its size and charging capabilities. After charging the portable charger once, I rarely have to charge it after using it, and only after a few times of use, will I have to charge it. I have been using this charger for some time now, and it still works. Despite me being a klutz and dropping it a few times it is still working. It is a reliable charger, and its charging capabilities make it a great portable charger.

  2. Anker Magnetic portable charger
This 5,000 mah portable charger is a magnetic charger that will charge your phone through wireless charging. Because it is only a 5000 mah charger it won’t hold a charge as much as the previously listed one. However, the trade off is that it will stick to the back of your phone and because of that it will seem like it’s just part of your phone. The reason this magnetic capability is so appealing is because it removes the hassles of extra wires and that clunky feeling of holding a portable charger. I believe that investing in wireless portable chargers are worth it and in the long run will be super useful.

I have just mentioned two portable chargers, and both are from the same company. However, I want to put out there that there are different companies that produce portable batteries, and some produce batteries that are better and stronger than the ones I mentioned.

Although portable batteries aren’t something that people think about when it comes to investments and everyday carry. It is something that I believe is worth investing in. Phones have quickly become an essential, and it has become a tool where not having it is more inconvenient. There is a big feeling of reassurance when you can use your phone without worrying about the battery, and if you’ll have enough to last the day. You don’t want to be in a situation where you are google mapping to your hotel and you have 1% battery!
